Historical facts and actual facts
いろいろと歴史の本を読み始めてみると、その書物の著者や編者の主観性を強く感じることができる。歴史とは必ずしも真実が伝えられているわけではなく、それが書かれた時代の影響が強く反映されているということが見えてきてとても面白い。
もちろん歴史学者たちは文献や発掘物などといった客観的な素材をもとに「史実」として歴史を書いており、またそれがなくてはただのフィクションでしかないのだが、「史実」とは「事実」ではないと思う。そして日本書紀などの文献自体に当時の編者の意図がその裏側に見え隠れし始めると、こんどは自分の主観をもとにして想像が広がる。
It is interesting to acknowledge the subjective point of views by the authors and the editors of historical writings and books. Reading history is getting more fun when you start realizing that histories reflect the time when they were written. And they were not necessarily conveying the truths.
Of cause, histories are written based on the excavated materials and the historical documents as the facts, otherwise they can only be fictional writings. But I think historical facts are different from actual facts.
When you start seeing those intentions of the authors behind an old historic writing such as the chronicles of Japan, your imagination expands with your own subjective view point.

絵描きさんですか。何だか不思議な感覚にとらわれてしまいました。
木に書いてあるのでしょうか？
私は絵心が全くないので毎回写真を撮るのに苦労するのが「構図」です。
普段はカメラは持ち歩かず携帯で撮るのが多いんです。（ブログに関しては）
でも、絵は観るのはとても好きです。
また 遊びに来させていただきますね。
