Motif
はっきりとしたイメージに向かって点を打つのでなく、イメージは点を打つという行為の中で変わっていく。 ひとつの作品の完成は節目のようなものであり、筆で絵の具を置いていく行為そのものがモチーフであるように感じる。
Instead of trying to represent a preconceived image by painting with these dots, I rather let images to keep reshaping in an act of adding the dots to the paintings. A completion of one painting is like an end of a paragraph. The act of putting colors with a brush feels like a motif itself.
