Closure
抽象的な仕事をしていると、いつもどこで作品が終るのか見極めるのが難しい。
最後に一つ点を置いて終るのか、どこかを拭き取って終るのか、上下を逆にしたら終っていたと気づくこともある。
ただそれを作品の完成と呼べるかどうか、よくわからない。
一つの作品の終わりは、一つの区切りであり、それがあるから次の作品に繋がっていく。
When you are working on abstract images, it's very difficult to determine when it would be completed.
Sometimes it finishes with a last dot. Sometimes it ends with a single wipe. Or sometimes you realize it's done when you turn it upside down.
Not sure if you can call it a completion of the piece.
But certainly an end of one piece is a closure of one work. And that closure leads to an another work.
